Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions you're likely to ask - and a few you might not, but probably should.

  • How do I request a commission?

Head over to the Commissions page and fill out the enquiry form. Pick your project type, send me the details, and I’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with availability and next steps.

  • What’s the payment process?

Once we agree on your project, I’ll send you an invoice. A 50% deposit is due upfront to reserve your slot. The rest is paid once you approve the sketch and I’m ready to deliver the final piece.

  • How long does a commission take?

Sketches are usually delivered within 3–4 business days. Final art takes 7 days after sketch approval. Large or complex projects (like covers or multi-character pieces) may take a bit longer, I’ll always let you know ahead of time.

  • Can I ask for revisions?

Absolutely! The sketch phase includes one round of feedback. I want to make sure you’re happy before I finalise your piece. Minor tweaks after the final delivery may be possible but aren’t guaranteed.

  • Can I use my commissioned art commercially?

Yes, but you’ll need a commercial licence. Just let me know how you plan to use the artwork (streaming, publishing, merchandise, etc.) and I’ll include that in your quote.

  • How do I download my product after purchase?

Once you check out, you’ll see a download link right away, and you’ll also get an email with your files. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or reach out to me directly.

  • What file types do you provide?

Most products come in PDF (for character sheets, supplements, wall art) or PNG (for emotes, stickers, maps). Emote packs include all three Twitch sizes (112px, 56px, 28px). VTT maps are high-res JPEGs or PNGs, often zipped.

  • How do I print your products properly?

Great question! For wall art and character sheets:

    • Paper: 120gsm / 32 lb matte
    • Scale: Print at 100% (“Actual Size”), or 95% for journal inserts
    • Lamination: 3 mil pouches, run twice for a clean seal
    • Markers: Staedtler Lumocolor non-permanent (ultra-fine)
    • Cleaning: Microfibre cloth with water or isopropyl

  • Are your 5E products compatible with the 2024 rules?

Yes! I write all supplements, monsters, and species packs with both the 2014 and 2024 5e SRDs in mind. You can use them as written or adapt them easily to your table’s flavour.

  • Do your monsters include statblocks?

Absolutely, each creature includes a full statblock and summary, formatted for easy use in print or digital. Some packs also include tokens or VTT-ready artwork.

  • I bought something but didn’t get the email. What now?

Give it a few minutes, then check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still missing, email me directly and I’ll sort it.

  • Can I get a refund on digital products?

Unfortunately, no. Due to the nature of instant downloads, all digital sales are final. However, if you’ve run into a tech issue, I’ll do everything I can to fix it.

  • Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! If you're commissioning multiple characters, maps, or a bundle of assets, let me know. I offer 10% off on bundled or recurring projects.

  • Where are you based?

I'm based in the UK, so most commissions are handled on GMT time, but I work with customers worldwide!

  • Do you take requests for specific products?

Yes! If you’d like to see a certain emote theme, character sheet style, or monster type, you can always send me a suggestion. Patrons also get to vote on future content!

  • Can I use your art in my stream or published game?

Yes! Many products are sold with personal and limited commercial use. Be sure to check the licence info included with your download. For large-scale use (Kickstarter, publishing, etc.), contact me to sort out a proper licence.
