I want to commission you. What should I include?
Tell me what you’d like made, what it will be used for, your approximate budget and any deadline you’re working towards. References are welcome, but you don’t need a perfect brief before getting in touch.
I have a question about an existing order.
Include your order number and a quick explanation of what you need help with. If something arrived damaged or incorrect, photographs are useful too.
I’m an author or TTRPG creator. Can I enquire about a larger project?
Absolutely. I work on covers, interior illustrations, maps and visual assets for longer projects. Tell me roughly what you need, how many pieces you’re considering and your intended publication timeline.
Can I contact you about branding or graphic design?
Yes. I work with small businesses and independent creators on logos, patterns, graphics and other visual brand assets. Tell me what already exists and what you feel is currently missing
Can I ask about licensing artwork I’ve already commissioned?
Yes. If you want to use existing artwork for publishing, monetised content, merchandise or another commercial purpose, tell me which artwork you mean and how you would like to use it
Do you take NSFW commissions?
Yes, within limits. I only create sexual NSFW artwork of clearly adult humanoid characters. I will not create sexualised artwork of real people, official characters, fandom characters or other creators’ intellectual property without clear permission from the relevant rights holder.
Do you accept collaborations?
Potentially. Tell me who you are, what you’re proposing, what you’d need from me and whether the project is paid. I can then decide whether it’s a good fit.
Do you accept NFT or crypto-related work?
No. I do not accept commissions for NFTs, crypto projects or artwork intended to be minted, tokenised or sold through NFT platforms. The Kobold Guild does not support or participate in NFT or cryptocurrency-based art projects.
Can I contact you about press, interviews or features?
Of course. Include the publication, platform or project you’re contacting me from, what you’d like to discuss and any relevant deadlines.
What is your AI policy?
My artwork may not be used to train, fine-tune or feed generative AI or machine-learning systems without my written permission. I also use protective measures on finished work to make automated scraping and reuse more difficult. Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright, and unauthorised AI use may be treated as a breach of licence and, where applicable, copyright infringement.
What if my question doesn’t fit any of these?
